Brice Soniano reeks music. It isn’t something he just does. It is simply who he is.

It doesn’t matter if he is composing, heading one of his own projects, or supporting countless incredible orchestras.

His approach to playing the double bass is truly global. Brice is a constant student and has picked up influences from everything, everyone and everywhere.

Nowhere is this more evident, than in his very personal solo-work. If you listen carefully you will sense his love and admiration for influences as diverse as The Baka-pygmees, Bach, Balkan and Bebop.

As a performer his personality really shines through! He is a generous and attentive player, that communicates such joy and natural sweetness to any audience.
